BUYER BEWARE!!!! SCAMMER!!!! In December 2021 I purchased from Kayla (Ross)Kent a gift certificate for my son to have her do some tattooing for him as a Christmas gift…. To this day October 2022 he has had nothing but a run around from her with scheduling he for 1. Can never get ahold of her to schedule and when he does he has scheduled numerous times and she has either Never shows up for the appointment or Calls at very last minute to cancel!!!! When she was confronted the last time about the constant problems with her cancelling he was told that she was going to refund his money on the gift certificate but still when he try’s to contact her she will never answer or respond to voicemails, messenger , text messages or Venmo requests for the refund!!! If she is so such a successful artist than why can she not keep her appointments or at least refund a loyal customers money when if she is unable to uphold her end of the deal??? She is A HUGE SCAMMER!!! SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAS NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A...
