German American State Bank — Local services in Pecatonica Township

No sense in banking with this bank. They worst business hours ever closing the whole branch at 4pm not keeping the drive open for later customers since they don't even open until 9am. Most at least stay open 30 min after lobby closes or opens earlier. And they want to throw digital banking down our throats but not all banking is digital. Cash is king still and you should treat it as such. Can't even make deposits in the atm after hours checks or cash. You don't want customers to bank clearly or you would of had that going before this change like other banks did that moved to this...

I will never again use German American State Bank. Hard times hit. I got $22 overdrawn and the next thing I know at $7 a day I'm $98 overdrawn and they won't let me close out my account until I come in and pay the money and I don't get paid for another 2 and 1/2 weeks.
