I have used lc nails for the past almost 6 years straight and from 6 years ago to the old people who ran it to the new ones who have taken over are amazing set of people in there now..... They welcome my kids and myself with no problem.... My daughter and I stopped in yesterday for my normal fill and her nails painted and they treated my daughter how she should have been treated ....she has ADHD very hyper the old owners kicked me out for my son crying but these people are very understanding.... People complain about the wait but apparently they don't understand how busy these workers are....I know after 6 years to make sure I have at least 3 hours to spare if they are busy... They work as fast as they can and sometimes time gets away from them and I'll have them stop working on me to go eat or take care of their selfs...... We as customers need to understand the concept of how hard they work and how they go in order on there list you may walk in write your name and noone be there but then 4 people walk in that they called back since there name was before yours....that's how this business works .. some designs are challenging for some workers and I'm very pleased everytime I go in... I love talking with them and joking around it makes my visit alot quicker.. keep up the hard work don't let the negative comments get you all down.... The pics are not the best but these are just a few of my favorites...
Read moreI get my nails dipped. Trying extra extra hard to grow them out naturally. It’s better for the nails .The process for this is for the nail tech to soak the old dip polish off when I am ready to get it redone. SOAK! . ….. understandably a longer process , especially when glitter is involved but I’m okay with that and tip 15-20 dollars extra when they are done because of it , knowing it takes so long and is tiring . So, when your nail tech pulls out a tip used for acrylics for RIPPING off nails when they are extra loose it’s a problem. When you tell him no, please I don’t want that and he does it anyways to two nails destroying all the progress I’d made it’s also a problem. . …getting upset with me because ripping off my nails clearly upset me another kinda big problem. Dude coming over to me after I refused to get them redipped or cut down because of how upset I was and treating me like I was stupid and didn’t understand that they needed soaked off is also another problem. I don’t care what your tech told you happened , but he lied. He didn’t try to soak first, he ripped after being told no, the other 8 nailed were soaked off just fine … I’d add the picture of the destroyed nails , but it won’t let me. Lost a good...
Read moreMy mother & I used this business for the first time & will not go back. We were there for hours & ended up paying about 200$ for the most basic polishes & services. The pics I took are from the day after they were done & they’re starting to look terrible already. I’m going to have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Not to mention I didn’t want anything fancy or any nail art, I was in a hurry so I just picked a color from their display nails & it was 75$… I expect to pay 75$ for nail art, not a basic, plain set with only glitter. What a rip off… Where I normally go the nails I got would’ve been about 50$. I wouldn’t even care about price if the work wasn’t so sub par. And the pics don’t even do justice how bad they look now. 75$ where I normally go would’ve gotten me a full set with intricate nail art. All I got at LC was some glitter on poorly done nails that are going to need fixed. But judging by other reviews, they won’t fix their bad work here so I’m going back to Waverly Nails. Oh, and the very next day polish was already starting to rub off in places. Very disappointed with the nails & the...
