Whits Frozen Custard of Waverly,Ohio — Restaurant in Pee Pee Township

Okay so I walked in and got treated like a Saudi Queen or something! All of the staff were so friendly and engaging that despite myself that day I walked out in a better mood than I came in with! One young man was very helpful with the selection and listened to my needs to help make the best decision. I really appreciated that extra step and felt confident in my knowledge of the product to make the best decision for my son. Product awareness is very important when selling anything and especially with food knowing what's in it and what it's made of could make all the difference for someone's health not to mention save their life even! I would like to see more employees know the "what it's made of" aspect of the product more because that was the only thing I left feeling less confident about. But I was totally confident about myself! Lol one girl even told me how pretty I was, it blew me away! I had to give her a curtsey! I was humbled and honored. Lol. Overall stellar experience though and would definitely go back. My son loves the frozen custard...

Ordered a reuben panini. For lunch got a soggy mess bred was like paste was not toasted the sauerkrat wasn't drained before being put on the bread and it wasn't toasted or anything. I've never got bad food from whits before but today it was the absolute worse thing I've ever received from any dairy bar type restaurant. The 3 ladies working really didn't seem to care I started to complain and they just walked away. So I decided to complain as this was just way wrong. So I asked for owners number and was told that one of the ladies working was the manager. So she said she'd get me the number. We'll after 10 minutes I got the number to a different lady who said she was the manager and that all she could do is give my number to the owner and ask her to contact me. I guess a reuben panini is soggy Bread with sauerkrat and thousand island dressing. Not toasted or sauerkrat drained...
