They were polite but all of their tools are priced incorrectly and they said they just haven't gotten to fixing the problem ( 120 items at least ) , I paid for 2 items and it was to much money so i said something about price and i was told well none of the prices are correct you have to go by the stock number, so i went over there with them to look up prices together off the stock numbers and every item i was overcharged for on my reciept compared to his price sheet and SKU number on each item (he said you had to go by sku# not advertised price},,,,,,, I showed my reciept to him (he had just printed and gave me) that he overcharged me going by his sheet and the advertised priceand the advertised price AND HIS REPLY well they must have gone up lately OH WELL The scanned price is it,,,,,, i looked at him waiting for a polite response but none ! ,,,,,, I said this is not right ! ,,,,,,, no answer and no caring

In my 46 years on earth, I have never had a more horrendous experience than when I went to pick up my RESERVED trailer. I was sent to 2 locations, ended up at this location where I encountered two of the rudest, most disrespectful humans I’ve ever met. The “man” at the counter spoke to me as though I was as uneducated as he appeared, raised his voice to me in the store while other customers waited, and the female behind the counter was clearly also a miserable human. After having to explain our ordeal for a 3rd time, I was again spoken to as though I was a toddler, had a pen and paper tossed my way to write down all of the information U Haul had already requested, and when I asked him to repeat what was required, he was terribly inconvenienced due to having to repeat what he mumbled. I left a 1 star bc the store was open and two people were physically at the counter. Other than that it was a horrible experience. At 40 years old I have never left a bad review bc it’s too much work and I have compassion for bad days but good lord this place will bring a bad review straight out of you. Rude staff. Absolutely zero care. The woman on staff spoke down to me and was irritably mean. The owner talked to my wife like she was a complete hindrance and when I walked out he yelled at her. I will work hard to never visit again. EVER. Was going to blame UHAUL for not helping them but it’s not uhauls fault that the owner(man) and staff can’t find a mustard seed of service, help or kindness.
