Hands down, my favorite BBQ, and I don't just mean in Nashville or TN! Everything is always done perfectly!! A lot of BBQ places have drier meat that screams "drown me in BBQ sauce," but I've tried everything on the menu as well as some of the specials Blinky's has to offer and all of them are 10/10. Not sure how he does it, but the meat is always the right amount of juicy and tender. My personal favorite is the Nashville Hot Mojo pulled pork! It's a great combination of a Latin feel with a bit of spice that makes for a great alternative to the traditional (B.O.B.) pulled pork for whenever you're looking to mix it up a bit. The brisket is amazing too, so definitely take advantage of it whenever you can. And my kids' favorite is the smoked bologna. But if you go and only try one thing, I might actually have to recommend the Snickerdoodle Banana Pudding over any meats. This is such a delicious twist on the traditional banana pudding and hits the spot without being overly sweet. It is so good that my son has said, "I hope I can get this banana pudding when I'm in heaven!" So, save your calorie counting for another night and be sure not to skip the dessert from Blinky's.

Ugggghhhh where do I start… Matt has such a way with the grill…these pulled pork sliders were just right. Not overly sauced but just right… it’s not bbq if it’s not a lil messy. The ribs were some of the best I’ve had. I’m going to go for the brisket next. Everything has such a unique flavor profile to it southern but also a hint of Latin is the vibe I get. But I highly recommend Blinkysss. They even catered a buddies event… you know the food is great when everyone is looking around for seconds. Thanks again Matt. Btw his truck is a sight to see. Miami vice vibes

Forget what Google says. They are not closed. Just a technical issue on Google ‘s end. Now for the food, my family and I stop by to try them out and met Matt. He is a super nice person and passionate about his BBQ. We got their Nashville hot Mojo Pulled pork, B.O.B.s original pulled pork and a full rack of Ribs with all of the sides. The ribs fell off the bone and were delicious, the both pulled pork’s were fantastic. We will be going back for the 4th of July. Please stop by and give Blinkys a try you won’t regret it.

This BBQ was so good that I was sad when I started to feel full. I have eaten what is considered to be the best BBQ in NC, and I will tell you, this is better. I have literally paid twice as much for half as good of BBQ. Not only was the BBQ incredible, the smoked Mac and Cheese…y’aaaaaalll. It was perfection. I know nothing about the owner, who was so kind and helpful as I was trying to figure out what to order, but he clearly is someone with an insane attention to detail. Everything from the art on the truck to the balance of flavors in his sauce and BBQ reflect a person that has put so much thought into what he is doing. You can just tell when you are eating food made by someone who has spent a lot of time improving their recipes. I cannot wait to go back and plan on taking my father there for his birthday. If going back for more BBQ next week is wrong, I don’t want...

Got to taste Blinkys during a private catering event. Matt, the owner and chef, was beyond attentive to our party and cooked up a storm. I got to try the pulled pork, coleslaw, brisket, Mac & cheese green beans and the banana pudding dessert 🤤. Its very hard to pick a favorite, but if i could only pick three things you HAVE to order: -pulled pork (either the traditional or mojo version)- perfectly cooked, juicy and with a kick. -coleslaw- has more of a vinegar base vs traditional mayonnaise coleslaws so it pairs perfectly with the pulled pork (crunchy, salty to balance the spicy pork) -banana pudding - this is one of the best desserts I've ever had. It was made with a twist as it had snickerdoodle cookies ...a must try!

10/10...
