I’m only giving a 1 star review because it will not allow me to give a zero. I walked into this nail salon after receiving a gift card from a friend and was super excited about it. I was excited until the point where the nail technician buffed my raw skin on FOUR of my toes. Not one, but FOUR. When I said something about it, he did not apologize, he literally just kept going. I woke up the next day with all my toes being swollen and red. I decided to call and speak to the manager who did absolutely nothing. She did not apologize, pretended to listen by saying “mhm...mhm...mhm” after everything I said. As a licensed nail technician I expect the service I receive to be professional, clean, and by the books. This did not at all meet my expectations nor was it an experience I would want myself or any of my clients to ever experience. Especially since I only went in there for a color change. This is the first nail spa in Pembroke Pines that actually delivers what they advertise. It is really hygienic which I find in this COVID environment, other salons are not clean. There are dividers everywhere to protect you and the techs and they lysol and wipe things down in between customers. I had the lavender spa pedicure and the gel manicure and my tech Coco did a great job. I actually felt the tension leave my legs and hands. Other salons I find charge you high fees and skimp on why anyone goes to get these services: to relax. This salon and tech took great attention to detail, used great materials to protect your hands from the UV lights and used top spa quality items to make my pedi and mani memorable. Again, they are soooo clean. I will be trying their massage spa in the same plaza due to the extra little massages I received as part of my service. My daughter has religiously come to this place for her nails although I've had bad service here she was pleased. Well Saturday she went and showed the lady "Coco" the different color nail design she wanted on her phone. To which this individual proceeded to say "No No, you pick simple" and then handed my daughter the sample set to pick from. Unfortunately my daughter has severe anxiety and does not do well with confrontation so she simply picked one color and said nothing else. To this women COCO, you're so lucky it wasn't me that was there that day. It would have been a very different day for you. To Momo, DO BETTER, HIRE BETTER. There are way too many nail places to choose from and yours is NOT the greatest. You have awoken mama bear and I'm disgusted by your place of business and WILL tell everyone I know to NEVER visit your low budget...
