If I could give 0 stars, I would. I asked my stylist beforehand if she was experienced with wavy/curly hair and her response was confidently “yes, definitely”. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, which was a rich caramel lowlight/balyage. She never discussed her plan/process yet assured me I would love it. I hate it. Firstly, she bleached my hair. I had no idea that my hair needed to be bleached to eventually achieve the color I wanted.. she never told me. My hair does not respond well to bleach so I would’ve never agreed to it. It took 2 girls to wash my hair and 3 stylist to untangle it. About an hour of this and my hair was nearly dry. My stylist proceeded to cut my hair (dry and frizzy), and then blew it out. She turned my chair around and with a great big smile on her face asked me if I loved my hair. I didn’t even have to speak a word, she knew from my facial expression that I was upset. Anyone who has experience styling wavy/curly hair knows that you CANNOT tease it, and you CANNOT blow it out while it’s already nearly dry. My roots were completely frizzy and the color was a dull brassy blonde. She asked me what she could do to make it better. I couldn’t believe after being quoted $600 that she thought it was going to be ok to send me on my way. She offered to flat iron it, which I knew would be the only savior, so I agreed. Only, it had to be done by yet another stylist because mine had two other clients waiting for her. After the mediocre hair ironing, I explained to her that I just don’t see how this could possibly be worth $600, so she decided to iron my hair herself. When she was done my hair looked better.. not $600 better, but better nonetheless. I decided to give it some time to let the color settle to see if maybe it would grow on me. That night I tied my hair up in a ponytail to wash my face and discovered that my ponytail looked as if someone chopped it straight across! It looked AWFUL!! I returned to the salon to have them fix the cut. They scheduled me with someone else. I explained to her that I need it to be more of a V cut and maybe some face framing. She gave me the face framing and insisted that was all I needed. Over one month later, I still hate the color and the cut! Not to mention, because of the bleaching, it now takes me 45 min to untangle my hair!! I’ve applied several different masks, a deep conditioning and nothing helps.. I will most likely have to chop my hair off which took me 3 years to grow!! If you have wavy/curly...
Read moreThis was a very disrespectful and disappointing experience. It takes me over 40 minutes to drive to your location. My first time I scheduled a HAIRCUT on March 6,2025 at 5pm, which there is a record on your database plus I have attached a screenshot of your automatic reminders, it was 5:30pm and I was still waiting to be seen for the end to be seen around 5:50pm and I needed to leave at 6pm, I had to reschedule because there wasn’t enough time, after I rescheduled I successfully got my haircut with Melissa.
I made an appointment for August 24,2025 and Melissa got sick and couldn’t see me, then we reschedule for today September 7,2025 at 11am (attached see the confirmation screenshot). I arrived to the location at 10:40am just so they could wash my hair and that way Melissa could start on time, but no! I was told “someone” was supposed to call me yesterday about Melissa’s appointment for highlights on someone else before me and I needed to come back around 1:30pm. Another option was to get my haircut done with someone else. Why would wait more than 2 weeks to be seen by Melissa so I could randomly be assigned some else due to your lack of organization? I barely have time for myself, and wasted time of my day off that I could have invested somewhere else with more professionalism and respect for their clients.
Your front desk sucks to the core and even your own hairdressers have the same opinion. Always messing things up. I had a problem back in March and now is September what are you waiting for to make a change? Something as simply as calculating and if you are running behind you alert the following client. Like I said lack of professionalism and respect for your clients! You do...
Read more1 star is me being generous… Im so disappointed with my experience here. I came in after growing out my bangs for 4 months, hoping to finally get a soft, wispy trim. Instead, they cut my bangs way too short and EXTREMELY uneven, nothing like what I asked for. I’ve had bangs for 4 years and I usually trim them myself but I wanted to treat myself to someone that would do a “better job” and honestly, I’ve never had them look this bad, even when I do it at home. The girl kept cutting them shorter and shorter after she made them uneven. At some point, she was like “I wouldn’t want to make them shorter but..” and I said “no please don’t, they’re already way shorter than I asked for” with ZERO acknowledgement of what I said. She actually did not even know how to style them to make them look better. I will attach pictures I took in the car. It’s ridiculous to think they let me leave their salon looking like that. Like, why do you say you can cut bangs if you can’t? When I went to pay, i did express my dissatisfaction. I looked at the girl at the front and literally asked her “do I look funny?”, she obv said no and that they just needed to be styled, as if the girl that cut them didn’t try for 30mins after completely messing them up, CRAZIESTTTT PART is they still charged me lol. I cried so much when I left, and now I have to deal with months of waiting for them to grow back out while I wear hair clips to hide them. Love that for me. Definitely hands down the worst experience and customer service. I will never ever ever recommend this place to anyone.
Also, I will attach a picture of last time I cut my own bangs. You tell me which one was done by me and which was done by a...
