I wish I could give 0 star and close this booth! Went there today just asking for the price to replace my screen for my mini iPad, the guy told me the price and I decided not to do it and just buy a new one so he preswaded me by including a screen protector for free and a discount on a case, I said that's a deal! A different man came which claimed his the owner and kept telling how a great of a deal I made and said I would have to pay ahead of time -(never heard such a thing on a repair) but I paid - they said come back after an hour which I did but the Ipad wasn't ready and the guy said come back in 30 min. Well I came back and they already puted inside the case for me at first I thought how nice of them but then I asked them to take it out of the case in order to see that everything is ok- there are a lots of dents and scratches all over the frame (like an hammer banging ) and I didnt say anything but then I also noticed that there is no screen protector which was the deal breaker - When I said where is the screen protector the Owner turned to me and said with an Attitude you have to pay $25! I said I already paid and he went crazy! Yeh show me where it says o the receipt?? I said I had a deal with this guy and he even showed me the package for it and said he will put it on like 5 times! The guy confirmed it and said to me Yes but since you bought also a case I thought you don't need it anymore- I said I needed but the owner kept arguing and screaming that it is his decision and if he wants he won't give it to me and it's not stating on the receipt (which he by the way provided me) well after 15 minutes of me standing there he said the other guy will put it on and he will pay for it and then you are out of here! Next time if you want to go cheap go somewhere else ! Even at the end the guy stated to put the iPad in my new case and he grubs it from him and put it outside the counter and says do it yourself! Yelling and screaming to me that I am cheap and it would of cost me more in another pl.....bla bla bla ....Ok do not go there and if you do don't pay ahead of time like they say you should and make sure you get what you paid for because they will try...
Read moreLesson to learn DON’T BUY CHEAP!!! They told that we t was 45 to fix my IPad Mini Screen. They replace the glass, I took it home and it stop working I took it back. They lost my phone number!!!!! I had to call and come again, they told me that my 5 days out of the repair shop Ipad Mini, had to replace the digitizer!!!! And do the inconvenience of making 3 trips back and force they will not charge me for the labor, just $55 for the digitizer. Obviously I said NO, how can I trust some one who charge me $34 for the top glass, broke my digitizer that worked perfectly until they touch it, lose my phone number, and makes me do 3 round trips, just to make another 4th if I pay $55 more! NO WAY JOSE, keep your bad service and customer care for those you trap in your web! I will take it somewhere else where I trust. They thought I was going to shallow the “favor” of replacing the digitizer, and when I told him NO WAY, made me wait another 1/2 hour just to remove their “new” digitizer, and put back the one I believe they broke.

Read moreI had started with a good experience however it ended with a bad experience.
I had a tablet and a phone that needed battery replacement. The phone battery replacement worked fine and improved my samsung S7 battery life. The battery replacement for my Samsung tab S2 resulted in a broken screen. I had brought in a tablet with a low battery image on screen that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately during the process the screen was damaged. I was left with a unusable tablet, I should have shipped this to samsung for battery replacement.
I do have to say Eddie was professional at all times and knows his stuff the broken screen could have even resulted with a Samsung professional the only difference is I believe Samsung would have covered it. I guess I would never know.
I have to wait until next year to buy tablet for school because it's not a priority at the moment. I wish the company the best but would not be using thier services...
