This place was overall really nice. Clean tidy, not too many kids. A few things to note:
The reason for three stars not five. The fact that as a parent you cannot accompany your child to the second floor is puzzling to me. How can you supervise your child if you can't accompany them? There is a number of things that could go wrong. How would I know if another child dropped a choking hazard on the floor? What if another child accidentally pushed my child down the large slide? When I asked the employee about this she said to "look through the windows on the second floor". If you're a parent you know that's not good enough.... Me watching my child may not stop another child from pushing her, or her putting something dangerous in her mouth. Furthermore there is not 100% visibility. Now for older kids I could understand this rule a bit more, but not for toddlers. For paying 21.50$ to come I'd expect more than a free outdoor playground , where you can accompany your child to the second floor.
entrance fee was a bit more than other indoor playgrounds. In addition the monthly membership was way more. Flippos...
Read morePERFECT for babies and toddlers! I usually go to kids empire and pray there are not many “big kids” but this place is perfect. Super cute areas and honestly great for all ages. I have a 10 month old and a 2.5 year old and they both loved it. A couple areas of general feedback… The baby gate in the entrance was not sturdy. Additionally, the door was never locked and the front desk girl never once checked it or got up from her chair There is no hook in the bathroom to hang the diaper bag while you’re changing your baby, forcing you to put it on top of the trash can or floor (gross) There is a little screen to play games, you throw the balls at the screen but it didn’t work properly The front desk girl was not the nicest They have a small area in the back that has a couple of juice boxes and chips. Totally think with time this area can be a cute little cafe!! Maybe coffee and croissants...

A few things that you’ll face here that you won’t at better indoor playgrounds: -limit of two adults (parents leave grandma who wants to spend the day with you at home! Or pay extra for someone who isn’t playing). if you enter you can’t exit. Want to buy something to eat or drink? Leave the diapers in the car? Nope. Have to repay entry. want to accompany your toddler to the soft play zones on the second level? Can’t do that either. bring food from home? Can’t use the microwave.
Oh and it’s a $20 entry fee. For perspective, the Tree House in Fort Lauderdale is 10x better and $17 to enter.
Some people just don’t know how to run a business- part of that is ensuring customers come back- this is one example of a poorly run business that just doesn’t actually care about...
