If I could give them a negative 5 I would. I have had a unit over a year. Ever since the new owners bought out Community Storage, I have had nothing but problems with these people! They charged my account after I called them and arranged an extension so I could pay my other bills, not once, not twice, but all 3 times I informed them I would have to pay late! The customer service rep LISA always has an attitude and is very unprofessional! I explained that I was going to have to move out because I just can't afford to keep it any more and they CUT OFF MY ACCESS TO THE GATE. So when I showed up with my dad and his truck, I couldn't even get through the gate! & I live 40 mins away now so it wasn't a quick trip around the corner for me to get there. So I email LISA and tell her about that and express my upsettness about the whole situation, and she replies with a couple rude emails and then informs me I will now owe for January and February. When i would have had my stuff out if I could get in the gate! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND AVOID...

My husband & I moved from SF,CA in Nov, and they had only a couple units in the size we needed left, but the ca,led us & told us someone was interested in the space hesitate was the LAST ONE! (YUP I CHECKED...LIVING IN SF JADED ME UNFORTUNATELY!) Sof we paid for the unit, sight unseen..but let me tell you what! These ladies? They LOVE their job, and there's a reason, obviously...this company is SERIOUSLY TOP NOTCH! I ALMOST wish we hadn't bought our home so quickly! (The only reason we didn't need storage anymore was because we bought our house..) My husband & I only needed Community Storage'space services for..3 months? Thanks HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE THEM TO ANY AND ALL!

Read moreTruly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was overcharged and given a unit with a faulty latch which injured somebody trying to open it. I’ve been trying to get this corrected for weeks. In that time my second unit at the location (purchased before this horrible company took over) has been charged again even though I’ve moved out of both units and have been trying to cancel before the charge date but once again cannot get in contact with anyone that works there. I have called at least ten time, emailed three times, and even contacted the national customer service in hopes it may help but I still have not heard back. DO NOT RENT...
