Subway — Restaurant in Pendleton

I usually eat a 6 inch sub from various Subways 4 out of 5 days of the week as I am crossing the counties doing service. This is the first time I have felt the need to complain about one. I ordered today and watched as the young man put my sub together. He was being very skimpy on the amount of veggies he put on and I was just getting ready to ask for some more peppers to be added when he picked up a pair of tweezers and removed something from my sandwich. I asked him if he had removed a hair and he said yes, it was a hair. I told him I no longer wanted that sandwich...while the owner sat there, observing the entire thing. The young man asked if I wanted him to make me a new one. I told him no, that I would buy one elsewhere...again, as the owner sat and watched and never tried to do any quality or damage control. The fact that they were willing to go ahead and sell me a sandwich that had been contaminated with someone's dirty hair is beyond my comprehension. This particular Subway needs to set some ethical standards of service and train their employees...

Have visited this Subway several times , MANAGEMENT STINKS ! Manager was very skimpy on vegetables on subs we got .Exactly 8 pieces of spinach on a ft.long sub. The Subs were all bread .We purchased 3 subs total .The other 2 were just as skimpy , he actually removed a tomato slice on one of the others.Upon paying for our subs he informed me "HE " does not honor ANY Subway coupons at his location. I ask him why & he just stared & pointed to a sheet a paper that is posted on an outside window which you can't read from the inside, I ask him again & he just keep pointing ! Who stops & reads signs before entering a restaurant. It wasn't posted on the door . Other times visiting this store a young man that works there works very hard & makes subs the way they should be made .We will visit the Subway on HW 36 and avoid this Subway...

This Subway has gone downhill quite a bit. I order online and when I walked in they were making my sandwich. The person making my sandwich had the wrong meat and placed hot sauce on the sandwich. He fixed the issue by taking the meat off and placing the correct meat on, but then toasted my sandwich with all the veggies on it causing them to become soggy.

This is not the first problem I have had with this particular Subway, but this is the 3rd time in a row where they have gotten...
