Second Visit (Father’s Day, June 15, 2025) Updated Review for Noblemen Cigar Lounge – Penn Hills, PA
After a decent first visit, I decided to return to Noblemen Cigar Lounge on Father’s Day, June 15. Unfortunately, what started as a chill, rainy evening turned into a major disappointment due to the unprofessional and dismissive service from the bartender on duty—Teona (spelled phonetically).
While I stood patiently at the bar simply trying to buy a bottle of water, Teona completely ignored me. She made a full lap around the bar, then stopped to serve another woman who walked up well after I had been waiting. Even after that service, I clearly asked for a bottle of water and was again blatantly ignored as she walked to the far end of the bar. To make matters worse, she proceeded to refresh the drink of a gentleman who had just walked up behind me, still offering me nothing.
Frustrated, I asked aloud, “Am I invisible?” and walked away from the bar back toward the DJ booth. To add insult to injury, Teona then deliberately brought the DJ (who never requested it) a can of soda and a plastic cup—clearly done to provoke. It was a completely unnecessary and unprofessional act that spoke volumes about the poor level of service and attitude.
While I still give credit where it's due—the music was once again outstanding, and the crowd remained mature and grown—the service was the worst I’ve ever received at a bar.
Because of this, I’ve downgraded my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. No customer deserves to be treated like they’re invisible. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this spot or say I’ll be returning.
Final Rating:
Atmosphere:⭐⭐ Cramped, smoky, and no change from last time Food: ⭐⭐½ Ordered fries that did not have that fire taste from last visit. Music: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Still the only redeeming part. Bartender service: ⭐ Absolutely unacceptable

Read moreMy 1st time visiting Noblemen Cigars wasn't the best experience for me.
The establishment is relatively small but packaged nicely and sectioned approximately.
The inside bar and outdoor patio were the places where most gravitated to and clearly the popular.
I went on a night that was promoted as R&B which was being played on the inside but outside on the patio a separate speaker was playing Hip Hop and I sat next to people who complained about the choice of music outside as opposed to inside.
It was myself and 2 other Gentlemen both who are extremely immersed in the cigar culture and we mutually concluded this....
Noblemen Cigars is a BAR 1ST with a nod to cigar smokers not a true Cigar Lounge that has a bar.
True cigar smokers know and understand the difference between the two.
I will end on a positive note.....I thoroughly enjoyed and respected the fact that they had real Law Enforcement at the entrance for security reasons and the officer was genuinely nice and professional.
Another thing that I found to be impressive was that their strict dress code policy was men was required to wear a shirt with a collar meaning no t-shirts and in some instances if one was available the establishment would provide one thereby not turning customers away. (Very impressive!)
Would I go there again???? Perhaps! I am a big supporter of small businesses and I enjoy doing my part in seeing them succeed.....but for me it doesn't possess the LOUNGE ASPECT of the traditional Cigar Lounge that I have grown accustomed to.....so who knows when my next visit would be?
Go...check it out for yourself....formulate your...
Read moreIve been to the lounge numerous times to hear live bands, listen to dj’s, or just to have a quick bite and a couple drinks. The chicken is by far my favorite “bar” chicken presently. Its cooked well and evenly which makes the reheat in the air fryer feel like a fresh fried piece. Just ordered again last night and still have some in the fridge. The crowd has always been mature and fun. The bartender and servers are friendly and accommodating. As one who does not love the smell of smoke, the air system they have does not make it a problem for me. The one time there was a potential issue, it was cigarette smoke and the manager quickly let the customer know that was not allowed inside, only cigar smoke. It’s a small space but with the outdoor patio being enclosed now, seating and capacity shouldn’t be an issue if arriving later in...
