I lived at Haddonpoint Apartment for 2 years and I definitely loved it. The management team were so professional and helpful whenever I needed assistant. The maintenance team were also quick to resolve every problem I had. I'd really love to continue living there but work transferred me to another State.

I lived there almost 9 months. I can say the management team is great. They always keep up the maintenance. However, the building quality is really minimum. Yes, they do meet the building code, but most material they use is very thin. I am looking forward what they look like after a decade.

I lived in this apartment complex for four years, and it’s unfortunate how much it has gone downhill during that time. When we first moved in, it felt like a nice community. But over the past couple of years, things have really changed — and not for the better.

There’s been a noticeable increase in police presence due to vehicle break-ins and other security concerns. It no longer feels like the safe, quiet place it once was. The pool, which used to be a nice perk, is rarely usable — either lifeguards can’t be scheduled, or they’re constantly on break during the busiest times. For the last two summers, it’s felt like more of a tease than an amenity.

Rent prices have also climbed to substantial levels, with no real improvements or benefits to justify the increases. Management seems to scratch and claw for every dollar they can — we were even charged $7 for a blind that was broken before we moved in. It’s that kind of nickel-and-diming that makes you feel like a paycheck, not a resident.

The constant turnover of tenants also says a lot. In the last couple of years, nearly every unit around ours has changed residents, which really affected the sense of community that used to exist. It’s clear that management either isn’t paying attention or doesn’t care to address these issues.

To top things off, during our move-out process, despite having cats and paying $50 a month in pet rent, management noted that the carpets wouldn’t be replaced because they were “sufficiently cleaned.” That’s not exactly reassuring — and if I were moving in, I wouldn’t want to hear that my “new” carpet had already been through several pet-owning tenants.

After four years, I’m happy to be moving out. This place had potential, but it’s been disappointing to watch it...

Haddon Point is an excellent complex of apartments and townhouses in a great location. Amenities are always clean and the area is well taken care of by the staff. Speaking of the staff, they are friendly, helpful, and above all, responsive to issues. The gym is really useful and you really won't need a gym membership if you live here- they have free weights, machines, and pelotons. It's always clean. The pool is small, but a nice addition and they have a grilling area outside.

The apartments themselves are actually really well insulated and spacious. We could never really hear our neighbors - only from the hallway. The apartment had a lot of cabinet and closet space - more than any other apartment I've seen. I rarely had any maintenance issues, but when I did, the staff was prompt and able to help ASAP, even the day of the request. They're fairly priced for the area and honestly, offer a lot more for the price than other places. Commute to Philly is super short.

The only issues I had were with neighbors. I had an incident where someone damaged my car while I was away for about an hour. Footage would only be released if a police report was filed, and it wasn't worth pursuing. And of course, some neighbors are loud/smoked cigarettes, but that's something that happens everywhere.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time living here, and highly recommend...

I’ve lived here for over 2.5 years and love it. I usually don’t leave reviews but hated to see all the recent negative reviews— as that has not been my experience. (I also think ppl who are fine/satisfied don’t think to come leave a review)

The property is huge and I’m most surprised by how quiet/peaceful it is. It’s still an apt so sometimes you hear the occasional dog barking but I don’t feel like I consistently hear my neighbors.

Nice amenities. Love the gym/pelotons, pool area, holiday decorations, how packages are managed, etc. Community center is nice. I even once saw what looked like a wedding reception there!

Love the trash butler, how clean the property is kept, and that repairs happen quickly (if needed— I think I’ve gotten a light bulb changed and a blind replaced in 2.5 yrs).

Luckily I haven’t dealt with safety concerns. In transparency, I did hear once of a car break-in but was notified by mgmt and noticed that there are police sometimes patrolling late at night. Overall, I would still say the neighborhood feels very safe to me.

Can’t speak to future with recent mgmt changes but so far I’ve really enjoyed living here and have even referred my friends who will be joining...
