5 stars last time I was here, but this place has gone downhill due to bringing on new staff. My last visit, on Sunday, I selected various small chips for an art project. I wrote the prices on the plastic bags, but not what the item names were. At the register, when asked what the pieces were, I said I forgot the name, but pointed out where exactly I had gotten them from. This has NEVER been an issue, usually staff know what theyre looking at. The woman at the register, noticeably irritated, sent another employee to double check not once but twice, niether time receiving an answer on the price. I was apologetic, but it was clear I had just about ruined this womans day by coming to the register without having the names of these obscure 10 and 27 cent/gram chips. At the end of the transaction, she mumbled to the other employee, "its frustrating that she didnt know the names." Definitely felt as though I was being accused of price swapping and trying to get one over on my favorite...

Beautiful shop. Service is horrible. I called to sell a nice sized piece of midnight jade. They lied and low balled me by not telling me what they found knowing they just wanted to take me as a fool. You will be respected to your face but manipulated doing business with them especially the owner. Be watchful of body language and her hungry eyes. Her greed will hurt you if she can see it. For you can mistake black jade from pyrite with the mineral googles I think you either need a new profession or learn to be honest with everybody and reschedule a visit to you eye doctor. You deal in a business that is about energy but your the only one tainting the positivity I once remember in your shop. Great great great shop. They have so many beautiful items. The one thing i will say though is these 2 men that work there really do a good job at making you feel uncomfortable and awkward. They don’t know how to leave you alone when you’re clearly showing how uncomfortable you are and they just say the weirdest things to you. The girls i was there with were extremely uncomfortable including myself. We were trying to pay and leave asap but they love to hold you up at the register and just ask and say the weirdest most random stuff to you. Other than those 2, the...
