CB JOE TV & APPLIANCE — Local services in Pennsville Township

I almost forgot about CB Joes -- my dad always used them. I recently was looking for appliances and was scouring ads and checking consumer reports for reviews. Settled on models of washer/dryer and dishwasher I was looking for. Compared prices. Then I remembered CB Joe's. They were not only a couple of hundred dollars cheaper on the appliances, but delivery was included, AND there was a huge rebate on them. You get personal service from a small business. In the future I will stay away from the box stores and recommend CB Joe's to everyone I know. Also -- the delivery and installation was wonderful. They do an excellent job. I can't imagine anything they could have done to make the experience any better. They ran into a few problems with the dishwasher install (house problems) but handled it well, and stuck with it until everything worked out. Thank you for great prices and great service. As a business owner, I NEVER write a bad review but I’m extremely disappointed with this store. I bought ALL of my appliances for my home from them (probably over $15K) and rental properties I own. I’ve recommended them to SO many people. Now, 3 years later I have an issue with my dryer, called CB Joe’s for a referral, not to come out, just someone’s name to contact it to fix it, (I know it’s not still under warranty) and they wouldn’t give me any info! He must have known someone because he literally told me “no” I said “what? Ive spent money with you guys for years.” He told me to “hold on” came back and then said there’s nothing he can help me with and HUNG UP ON ME. I’ll never buy another appliance here or recommend this company again. By the way, I have 6 properties. I haven’t been a one time customer. Unfortunately my sister in law just bought a bunch of stuff with them too off my recommendations...

We have been buying from CB Joe TV & Appliance for many years and never an issue. Forget the big box stores, come here and be treated to the “small town” experience. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. Just recently bought a new LG OLED TV and the picture is absolutely stunning. I dealt mostly thru more emails than Joe can recall, he just told me that it was the most he’s ever answered using email. Thanks Joe! When I was ready to see what my choices actually looked like, I went in still undecided and they did not try to steer me in any one direction, I was still asking question and they answered everyone. Once I saw the picture on the OLED, the search was over.
