New review: Doug, Devon and Kamar came to install our new HVAC system. They were very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. My experience with Liam's service when it started a year ago to today has been nothing short of extraordinary. What a great group of people, technicians and office personnel (Jenna) all around that helped serve our heating, cooling and electrical needs. I'm happy to be taking advantage of their membership which comes with great perks and benefits and to be a part of the Liam service customer base. I absolutely recommend them to anyone who has issues with those things. They are fast to respond from the first call and stick to the time frames they give (even outside of normal business hours). We even needed to use their finance option which was quick, easy and provided the best rate (we searched other options). All around world class service in my opinion. Thank you all! Hired a handyman to install a ceiling fan. He ended up blowing the light and refrigerator outlets. I called LIAM Services on Monday and Brian showed up ON TIME, on Tuesday. Brian is professional, knowledgeable and super nice. He had everything running smoothly in 10 minutes!! Needless to say, I’ve booked Brian to repair all of our electrical issues and will be setting up for HVAC consultation. Call LIAM Services if you want it done right!!

Updated 10/06/23: Brian and Timmy came back out and installed outlets in our family room, added dimmers throughout the home, fixed the attic fan and remounted the ceiling fan. They were quick & efficient and I’m so happy with the work.

Tim for HVAC came out today. Again, Tim is professional, very nice, and knows his job. Those 21 years of experience show! Our home is a rehabbed house and a lot of things were done improperly. Tim repaired an air duct to the family room. Taking it a step above, he also redid the step that the air duct was hidden behind, AND better than the original! All this done in about an hour. I am so please with LIAM Services and I love all the guys that came out. They treated my home as if it was theirs, even cleaning up behind themselves.
