98 Treasures — Local services in Pensacola

The items being sold here are very nice. However the employees are the reason for my bad experience. First of all, my dad who has been handicapped for 10+ years... when you have two employees come look around the entire truck for his handicap sign it’s not in his window because he has a PERMANENT handicapped LICENSE PLATE. He is also wearing his medical BRACELET and he walks with a CANE ! So I am NOT sorry for parking in your handicapped spot. Second of all, we are just a family that likes to have fun. We were NOT picking up everything in the store. We were laughing with the family that has came down from out of state because laughter keeps us happy. Laughing is good for the soul and y’all clearly need to invest in it since you did not once talk to us expect for following us around your whole store 3x (and yes I counted and watched you as well) which the store is smaller than a house. I do NOT apologize for being “Too country” for your “Snobby Antique shop.” But maybe if you and the employees had an inch of “Southern Hospitality” I would have purchased something for this shop. I will take my business elsewhere and will NOT be back. I’m sure you don’t care, but I do hope you can open your eyes to being nicer to ALL ages, ALL races, and ALL the customers that walk...

98 Treasures is a wonderful shop,esp especially because of its uniqueness. When you walk thru the front door you get a feeling of family and warmth. The owners and all the employees go out if their way to make you feel welcome. It doesn't matter how busy they are they try their very best to see to your needs, and trust me they are always busy! I suppose it is because their customers seem to be so much happier when they are leaving than when they arrived, which only leads to repeat lifetime customers. Prove of this is all you have to do is mention the name of the shop and everyone seems to know about it! I have extremely enjoyed my shopping experiences there. Oh if I only had more room to decorate in my home... I'm sorry I tend to go on a bit, but I love to give credit where and when...

My wife and I were out looking for a rustic, farm styled dining room table. After going to numerous places only to see high price tags on particle board peices, we decided to go to 98 treasures. This place had beautiful furniture at extremely good prices. We picked up a gorgeous table with 6 chairs (delivered) for around $660. The owners really went the extra mile to make sure we liked the finish on top of the table. They worked on the table we chose all weekend and delivered it on the Tuesday before 4th of July when we needed it.
