We bought several appliances here. When the fridge broke down, we called to get it repaired. The fan sounded like the bearings were going out, then it just stopped. Their repair person, didn't seem to know there was more than just a fan in the freezer compartment so he only checked the one there. After messing around for a day with a fan that worked fine, he put it back into the freezer reset the system and error codes came up on the digital read out. Something he knew nothing about. The fact is he didn't even know anything about error codes or even that there is a fan in the fridge compartment in the damper. He said he had no way of finding anything out as the tags are removed by Davey so no one knew where he got them, but there indeed was a tag and when he moved the fridge out a little it was in plain view literally next to his knee the entire time he was fiddling with the freezer that had always worked just fine. His diagnosis after not checking anything? A board that wouldn't cost any more than the fan.. He told me, I will call you tonight after talking to Davey to figure out which board would cause the blinking numbers.. 4 days later I had to call him. He said waiting on Davey Ill call you back before noon. 2 pm I called the shop, tired of being blown off. When Mike called back 3 hours later the quoted price ($160) was now $580.I called another repairman. They came out the next morning, took the panel off the fridge compartment and replaced the 45$ fan that had gone out. The point? Their appliances seem to break at the exact spot they told you they rebuilt when you buy from them, always. This isn't my first time around with them, but it will be the last. They have little to no knowledge when it comes to repair, and apparently the rebuilt parts are always going to go bad. When you won't put up with poor to horrible customer service, they make up a price to get rid of you. They got rid of me, and the every 2 year replacement money I have been spending since...
Read moreI called them to come out to look at our washing machine was charged $55 dollars and when the guy came he had us plug it up and pressed the button and said itâs working and he was told that it makes a strange noise when washing. He seemed like he was in a rush and didnât really take the time to actually look at it but he stated it could possibly be the control board. And that if it was still not working right to call him back out. So I called the next day to see what the part and labor would be. The guy sends me a picture of the part that says $300 dollars and he said labor would be $140, which comes to about $440 dollars. He then proceeds to say I recommend you just come in and buy one of our used washers instead of repairing yourâs We didnât want to do that because the washer was apart of a set brought brand new from Loweâs and it was only 2 years old. So I get online and do my own research and find the same part on EBay for $89.00 dollars and ordered it. I call another company that repairs appliances to come out to look at it the charge was $60 but the guy was very professional took time to look at the washer and even took what he thought was wrong off to examine it. I told him I ordered the part and he said ok just call me when you get it and I will come back to install it. He didnât even take the money until after he came back and did repair. And the repair was a simple fix that he performed so fast. He even charged us way less than what this company quoted us. We were only out $149 dollars for both part and labor going this route. Saving us money of having to replace our practically new washer that only had a minor issue. That this company would of hauled away and probably repaired it for little or nothing and resold it. The service felt rushed and when it comes to parts and labor their price...

I rarely give reviews on businesses- unless service was worth talking about one way or the other- but I feel like people need to be aware⌠I have never seen a business give up a sale so willingly- I went in today to browse their used appliance section until I could figure out how I was going to afford and fit an industrial/ commercial washer/ dryer here. Dalton, the service provider, was there talking me through all the ins and outs of what they had on the floor and asked what was wrong with our washer- long story made a little less long- this kid comes out of the back holding an agitator (exactly what I needed) up like a trophy. Apparently they had just pulled it off a washer that they were scrapping and I was at the right place at the right time. He could have easily not said anything about spare parts theyâve snatched off of scraps and sold me a washer for a few hundred. My washer is fixed (thanks to my fascination with figuring out how things work and lack of self control knowing I could make it worse) and our bank account has a little bit longer to recover from the birthday and Christmas beatings it just took (I guess I didnât put too much thought into having 3 kids within a month of Christmas). So, if you ever need a repair or used appliance, give these guys a...
