Today's trip was my second one to Maneki Jewelry, and the service I received was exceptional. My husband gifted me an appointment and cash for Christmas and I was delighted to get a permanent necklace and anklet at my appointment! Asia, the owner, was sporting her own beautiful hand chain that I absolutely fell in love with at the time. The first appointment was seamless and quick, Asia was so personable and easy to talk to, talked me through the whole process with both pieces, and ultimately I walked out of there within an hour feeling incredibly happy and beautiful. Fast forward a couple weeks and I've been obsessing over the hand chain still - I was gifted another appointment to get it done and this time brought my mother along! There was a miscommunication on appointment times this time, unfortunately. A technical error, no one's fault. But what sets Maneki Jewelry apart is Asia's exceptional customer service. Within 45 minutes of our missed appointment and a sent email to Asia, she was incredibly apologetic and scheduled us for as soon as she could with respect for my schedule and previous engagements. Cici was our wonderful jeweler today, and Cici was incredibly fun, not to mention skilled, and incredibly talented at bringing my vision to life! My desired piece was a bit complex, and so between my piece and my mother's, our appointment took nearly 2 hours. A deterrent to some, but to me a sign of exceptional attention to detail and a drive to make a customer's wishes a reality. The conversations I had with Cici today remind me of the good we have surrounding us, and for my beautiful jewelry and the heartfelt reminder, I will be forever grateful. This was my first time going to this store. The store is super cute and has a lot of fun things to buy. I went in to get an ankle bracelet. I do not know a lot about permanent jewelry, but the worker made sure to educate me on it, so I could make an informed decision. I still wasn't sure which chain I wanted to get, so the worker showed me what each chain would look like, so I could make a strong decision. Me and my daughter went in to get permanent jewelry together. The girl doing the jewelry had no idea what she was doing and tried to make my daughters ankle bracelet fit for about 15 to 20 minutes before she decided she cut the jewelry too small and had to re-cut a new piece of metal. After that she just checked me out and didn’t even offer to do mine I went back a couple weeks later to get the matching bracelet with my daughter and they were closed during normal business hours… The amount of money I spent, and the missed opportunity to get a piece of permanent jewelry with my daughter.
