Growing up in a small town we always look to shop small businesses that are family and locally owned. I began my search for a 20 year anniversary gift for my wife on Yelp. I found Z’s Fine Jewelry. I was very impressed that it was not only a local family owned business but the reviews were flawless.

I stopped in initially on a Saturday afternoon with our 12 year old daughter as my consultant to help find the perfect gift. Not exactly sure what I wanted I went over some options in my budget with Megan. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Not looking to up sell me but instead to find the perfect gift. We decided to get a band to add to my wife’s wedding ring. I did not have the ring so a return with the ring was needed to find one that looked at fit right.

A week and a half later I returned with the ring and both of my daughters to make the final decision and to drop off the ring for the “upgrade.” This time Joe was there and we reviewed a couple options in my price range. Joe was also superb. Top notch customer service and very accommodating to what we were looking for. We found the perfect band to add to the ring to symbolize 20 years. I found out the ring would need a new head as it was in rough shape. We were given a time frame for repair and to solder the rings together. To my surprise I got a text just 2 days later that the ring was ready.

I stopped in Saturday afternoon to pick up the ring. I was glad to see Megan was working again. She showed me the ring and the work was done perfectly. It was exactly what I wanted. I paid the remaining balance and anxiously took it home to give to my wife. She was blown away. It was exactly what she wanted. The band was a perfect addition to compliment her ring while also changing the look just enough to symbolize the accomplishment of 20 years of marriage. She cannot stop staring at it and constantly mentions the quality of the repair, cleaning and soldering that was done. Needless to say with the help of my little consultants this was a very positive experience from start to finish.

For anyone questioning how you can possibly get so many 5 star reviews give this place a chance and find out like I did. It has a small business feel that really prides themselves in customer satisfaction second to none. I am incredibly happy with my investment while also knowing that I supported a small family owned business that will back me up if anything is to go wrong.

My great-grandmother's ring that my mom passed down to me lost its diamond a few years ago and I really wanted to get it replaced finally, but I was on a budget so I decided to get moissanite instead. While I was waiting, another man in the store asked me what I was getting and I told him I was replacing the gemstone in my great-grandmother's ring. He asked me what it originally was and I said a diamond, and then the owner came up to me and I told him I was choosing to go with moissanite instead of a diamond. Later when I was checking out the owner came up to me and told me that the man had offered to pay the difference to get a diamond instead and the owner was so touched by his generosity that he told him he would just cover it himself. It was so incredibly kind of a stranger to do such a thing and for the owner to cover it himself. Now the ring looks just like it did before and I can finally wear it again, and my mom was really happy that they'd maintained the integrity of the antique ring. In addition to their kindness, everyone was very helpful and the price breakdown was very clear and straightforward. I would definitely come back...

I had been looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable jewelry store for a long time, that I would feel comfortable with and didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. I ended up stumbling on these guys, so happy I did! They are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, I’ve Been there a couple times in a month for one repair or another and there work is excellent and repairs were done days before the quoted time, and reasonable. I went in to pick up a repair and had to actually drop off another repair, the gentleman behind the counter (I think the owner) looked at it and stated that it needs to be adjusted and said just hold on, He came back some minutes later , he had cleaned it and did the repair and gave, it right back, with no charge! I went in expecting to drop it off, wait some days for the repair and pay for it., I was pleasantly surprised! This speaks volumes for this company and there integrity!! Looking forward to going in and be able to actualMy shop! I would highly recommend them for all your jewelry...
