I came in looking for a few gifts for my niece who is turning 2. It is a Sunday so i assumed buisness would be a bit slower so I'd be able to look around and get as much help as I would have needed.
When I entered, i thought I was the only one in the building. When I finally noticed the employee behind the counter leaning on a shelf, i made eye contact with her but she did not greet me whatsoever. Not even a "hello".
As i continued to walk through the store, I noticed there was an older woman who was looking at a unicorn and had a few questions. The employee finally stood up straight and attempted to answer the womans questions. I continued to walk through the store with no acknowledgement at all. I finally completed my walk through and walked right out the door.

Read moreToy stores are an endangered species these days, and boy does it feel good to shop inside this one! I made my first visit yesterday and the staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly, without breathing down my neck. There is a big selection of toddler toys for (I have a ~1-year old), as well as ages beyond. We bought some Schleich animals and a snail pull-toy. My daughter would still be there if I hadn't pried her away.
