Part for gaming PC was ordered ahead of time and setup to be installed same day. When dropped pc off was informed it would not be till next day for pickup. It was a simple SSD install for extra storage. When computer finally came back late afternoon next day it didn't even work properly. The four case fans did not turn on or light up. After taking pc panels off and digging through the wiring they clearly forgot to hook back up the fan controller for the case fans, not only that the connector was all out of place so made hooking everything back up correctly very difficult. I would be weary of pc upgrades...

Had an issue with my cell phone battery over heating and expanding. Had insurance but they wanted my bad cell phone back in 10 days but couldn't get it to work to restore data and delete my data before returning. Laura put a temporary battery in so I could restore as much as possible and delete my data. She also helped retrieve my Samsung data. So happy to get most data back especially photos that weren't backed up. (Lesson learned for me!! Backup data.) She is very knowledgeable and great to work with. ...
