Emerald Beauty Salon and Spa — Local services in Perkins Township

I’ve always had an amazing experience at Emerald Beauty everyone is always so nice and inviting and the outcome of the service is amazing!! I’d also like to address the previous review from “Judy”, I happened to walk into the Salon while she was there. I was greeted by the owner who was with another client. Ms Judy made a comment about not be acknowledged when she walked in. While I was talking to the owner (and her client) Ms. Judy walked up told the owner that she meant no disrespect about a prior comment she made towards the owners hair but was upset now because she was not told “Hello” when she walked in, the owner apologized and stated it was not intentional she attempts to greet everyone that comes in but some people are missed based on if she is out of the main salon area or discussing stuff with a client. The owner apologized TWICE and then sat quietly and respectfully in HER salon while Ms. Judy talked about her RUDELY and LOUDLY. When Ms Judy left she intentionally walked up to the owner who was currently working on my service and snidely said goodbye, the owner replied with “Bye, have a good day” which upset her even more. I have never been in a salon where the owner is very clickish and talks to her friends only! She worries more about her green hair than about her clients! She is a very unprofessional person that should want to get new customers and not lose them! She talks over you and I really felt out of place! Sure I’m an old senior but because I am old I don’t want to be ignored! I have money, too and am lonely and want to be treated well also! I guess I’m not part of their click! So much for love thy neighbor! Don’t waste your money!...
