Pizza Brothers - Sandusky, OH — Restaurant in Perkins Township

Ordered a cheeseburger fold over pizza no onions, no tomatoes, with extra bacon. 12 boneless Chipotle wings. When my food arrived an hour later. I immediately noticed there was tomatoes and no bacon on it at all. I did get my 12 boneless wings. So, immediately called and put on hold when I agreed to speak with the manager. The manager wanted to know if I ate any of the fold over pizza. I said why does it matter. You guys got my order wrong. Could I get a credit. Manager says they don't give credits. I ask how long would it take to get my fold over delivered. Manager said they were extremely busy and he couldn't tell me. Manager was cutting me off during the whole conversation. Until I got my boyfriend on the phone his attitude changed. My boyfriend feels if your a family owned business. You should keep the customer happy. Either give us a credit or deliver the fold over we asked for. Not tell us we had to give the one they messed up back in order to receive our fold over. We called to order/delivery and the man on the other end of the phone was rude (said he couldnt hear us. We repeated several times and could hear him fine) he hung up on us. We called back thinking it was a dropped call but no one answered the pizza brothers phone.. no one.. Busy? Let it ring.. 5 minutes goes by.. We hung up and tried again. No answer again.. another 5.. Tried again.. a lady answers and is very nice. We ordered and told the lady our experience.. she laughed and said "o yeah".. like either shes knows or something. We called back and canceled our order in fear that the" o yeah".. ment something for our meal. I can't describe how the pizza was because we never got it. We ordered for delivery and after an hour we called to check the status of our pizza. We were told that they would be here in 7 minutes (it's 3 miles from their restaurant). After we waited 15 min we call back and the delivery driver says that he has to stop and get gas so it will be another 10 minutes. After waiting 15 more min we call again and he says that he will be here in 10 more minutes! Unacceptable!!! We called and talked to the manager who tried to give us 20% off our order but by the time would have gotten our pizza they would have been cold and soggy so we told him to keep them. Never again!!!! They may have great pizza for all we know but their delivery and customer service...
