Living Spaces completely messed up my order by sending my furniture to the billing address instead of the delivery address I specifically requested. I called customer service, and they just kept repeating that they couldn’t change the shipping address because my store credit card had the billing address listed. I spoke to someone higher up, but they refused to make an exception, even though this mistake was on their end.

To make matters worse, we had to wait three extra days for our original order to arrive. Now, despite their error, they’re telling us we’ll have to wait another three days for a resolution. So not only did they mess up the delivery, but now we’re being punished by having to wait even longer for something that should have been sorted out the first time.

Additionally, the receipt does not even list the delivery address, so there’s no clear way for us to confirm that they input the correct information when processing the order. On top of all of this, they didn’t even attempt to offer any resolution or compensation for their mistake. No offer of a discount, expedited delivery, or even a simple apology for the inconvenience.

It’s extremely frustrating that the company has a rigid policy that doesn't seem to consider common sense or customer needs. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, like reshipping or redirecting the delivery, I got nothing but a hard ā€œnoā€ because of some internal policy that makes no sense in this situation.

This is poor customer service and an example of a company choosing policy over actually helping its customers. I’m highly disappointed with how everything was handled and would strongly advise against using the store credit card unless you’re okay with potentially being stuck with major issues like this. Living Spaces needs to seriously rethink how they handle address errors and customer satisfaction if they want to keep customers. DO...

Jennifer helped me at the Outlet Center. My husband and I had looked for a couch or sectional at a different location but were unable to purchase the set we wanted due to it being out of stock. I went to the outlet to see if they had something else I liked that would be in stock. The same sectional that was unavailable to order was there and we were able to order it to be delivered in about 2 weeks.

We were told at the other location, once we mentioned going to the outlet, that the outlet didn't have much of a show room and it was only a very small selection of furniture. Although it is smaller than a the typical store, it was much larger that the employee lead us to believe.

The only negative about the outlet has nothing to do with customer service but everything to do with the lack of A/C in the building. It made it so uncomfortable to shop in the heat we have been experiencing. I can't imagine how the employees can last their whole shift with the temperature in the store. That being said, in spite of the unbearable heat, all the employees were very kind and helpful.

Because of the negative impression given by the original store we visited and because of the friendlyness of the employees at the outlet center, we will continue...

I'm pretty happy so-far! Jaymie went out of her way to help me! I'm amazed that the delivery procedures are so...unreal! This is not New York City! Having someone available during 2-4 days at all times or the item is supposed to be left outside!! I can see it now. A nice new sofa in the middle of my lawn left in the rain. This absolutely out of the question because most clients HAVE A LIFE!!!! That includes me! Even the utility companies aren't that demanding or unreal! I would suggest changing that advisory.

Also, the advertising material indicates delivery in 5-6 weeks while the invoice indicates 16-18 days. To me seems like this is "pie in the sky" sales speak. So Living Spaces is saying that once Living Spaces has your money it could take any amount of lag time? I'm expecting somewhere in between is more realistic! I'm not a first time client so I kind of know "the drill". With all of the above being said, Jaymie was a real pro through it all, was very patient with me and informative with my requests! OH! And, this comment thing is not easy to bring up! I had to "really" want to leave a comment! Thanks...

The worst experience I have ever had! Bought a set of $1700.00 couches a year ago. One of the sofas didn't recline and they assembled it wrong. I have spent over 5 months trying to get it fixed or replaced. Nobody ever calls you back. Whenever I call them they tell me same thing.." We will call you". Just today I found out it will be another month before anything can be done and that I am responsible for the removal of the couch that doesn't work? What?? They also will not assemble the new couch when it is delivered unless I pay the assembly fee again! DO NOT buy your furniture from this company! Save yourself time and headaches and shop elsewhere.

Never felt any pressure or being pushed to something different. She quickly realized my needs and gave me a few choices to start with. Perla also quickly came to help me match my living room . Moving furniture around so I could have the perfect view of what it would look like together . My living room is now stylish, fresh , sharp and very comfortable. I will be going back very soon to add more little things to finish the perfect living room.

Never felt any pressure or being pushed to something different. She quickly realized my needs and gave me a few choices to start with. Perla also quickly came to help me match my living room . Moving furniture around so I could have the perfect view of what it would look like together . My living room is now stylish, fresh , sharp and very comfortable.
