I returned to the unit to get my order corrected. While waiting I noticed an employee not compliant with fast food dress code on his phone. Once he handed us the replacement I checked to see if the order was correct to find that he had given us a cold sandwich. We requested a fresh sourdough scramble he told us he would rather just give us a refund. So we got the refund and requested his name and his managers name. He said he was the only manager and if we wanted we could call in the morning. We asked for his manager and he threatened to call the police on us for waiting in the drive through. And ask why I was being treated this way . He began to mistreat me and cuss me and while my son began to feel unsafe. Late at night on the road far from home, few places to go, placed order online to prepare now, went to drive thru and was declined service after two times driving through and being told twice within 15 minutes on the same night that their system was down for about 15 minutes (no progress on 2nd time). The male server on Sunday night was extremely rude and yelled at me after I tried to ask some questions about orders, interrupting last question because he didn't know how to answer.
