I payed a 116$ to replace a screen on a 5 year old phone which I honestly didnt care about but the fact that the store lost my sim card an then wanted to tell me it wasn't in there to begin with an basically called me a liar when I said it was an that I had to have taken it out um how else would I have txt an calls on my phone from when the phone was in your store? But i just dropped the matter an was glad to get my phone back even tho I was basically called a liar, I get home an finally charge an turn on my phone an the home button is constantly pressing, the screen is clicking things without touching it, and the screen light is shining thru the sides so whoever put the screen on did not do it right cause also if it had been put on right the phone wouldnt have cracked from me just putting it in my front pocket while walking, if my last screen was that fragile I'd have broke it a long time ago so I was basically called a liar again an had jusr paid 116$ for almost nothing so yeah I'm leaving a one star for the stores poor customer service and poor repair work, all the games Ive bought had very good prices an were in great...

I have been knowing Mr Dave for many yrs..He is a honest and you can honor his word! He comes from a good honest family too.,He has helped me out so much ..If anyone can fix or figure your phone out??He is the one! His staff is awesome too. I was having serious problems with my phone!!Locked out.,He figured it out.,You got a serious problem ,go see Dave he is honest and won’t rip you off! I promise you.. He is a good and Honest Man! I gave them two stars just cause they werent rude. But $398 to replace the screen of my note 10 plus is just insane. I told her i wasnt worried about the back and she said its covered in the cost. Meaning you get charged 398 that covers repairing i guess everything they may be broken. That also means severley overcharging whrn all you need is one thing replaced. I will not go back. Not due to bad service but simply due to being charged 400 bucks for a 50...
