The Hitchin' Post — Local services in Perryville

After having lived in Perryville for a little over 3 years, my husband, daughter, and myself decided to check this place out. We were immediately greeted by the sweetest woman and she gave us a tour of the store. Her crystals/rocks/minerals collection was jaw dropping(but I am very much into crystals and rocks). The items in the overall store are amazing and the environment was very welcoming! My daughter enjoyed her birds, the precious dog, and her flying squirrel, Rocky. There is even a rock in there that has a likeness of Elvis Presley...the KING OF ROCK(see what I did there?). I would definitely recommend stopping by in order to find some very unique findings. Sidenote: bring cash, but that's not a deal...

My family enjoyed visiting the Hitchin' Post Antiques. The owners were very friendly. They showed us their rock that looked like Elvis, their pet birds, their flying squirrel and their little dog. The owners are so rude. The sign said it was open but the front door was locked. I called the number and asked if they were open. In a very hateful and sacaristic voice he said "what does the sign say, it says we are open doesn't it." I said well your door is locked. He hung up on me and was very nasty to his wife about locking the door. Who needs that drama...
