Down Under Industries — Local services in Petaluma

I’ve now been to a few Dispos in a few different states and this one is a cute one! It is vey tiny inside and so if you arrive be aware that you may be waiting until another body leaves and you’re able to go inside to buy/pickup your product. That said, I placed my order online and went to pickup. My wait wasn’t long as someone was leaving just as I arrived. Listening to the other customers next to me, they seemed to have had a nice experience also as I went about my own business -& eased any anxieties I may have had. I was helped by a guy (I’m sorry I don’t recall your name) who was friendly and nice. Before I placed my order I searched their entire website for their Wisdom Discount info/age and couldn’t find it. Turns out, there’s info at the very bottom of a page but you definitely have to SEARCH for it (I find out after I placed my order). In any case, when I asked my Budtender about the age he didn’t answer my question very well or clearly and didn’t bother to follow-through with getting the information. My exact Q was “What is your wisdom discount age?” And he says “I think it’s it’s 65” and I asked “65?” and he said “yeah I think I’ll find out for sure though.” But he never did and it may be it was because others were waiting in the lobby to go in but it felt as if I was rushed out and so I’m unsure still and was never given the wisdom discount. Other Dispos have their wisdom discount set at 55. If their budtender is correct, this has theirs set at 65. I’ve emailed them and have not yet heard back about this particular query. It’s nice that they’re in Petaluma and they have great product and seemingly are nice humans. That said, I’ll stick with my other area dispos because they too have nice humans working with great product AND I get the Wisdom Discount because who can actually afford more than a couple “goodies” at a time these days!?! It was a lovely trip...

I feel so blessed to have down under industries near me.

Their staff is one of a kind! Very knowledgeable. Sara, one of the staff members is excellent!

There are others there that have great qualifications, and that are also excellent to work with regarding your medication.

I've gone into dispensaries and I'll ask for a certain type of medication, say I asked for indica or sativa.

This happened while in New York, the clerks at the dispensary had no clue of what I was talking about, and it was plain to see that they had no knowledge of what they were dispensing.

Their reply was, what is that? I asked them if they knew the difference between an indica or a sativa medication, what they could tell me, was "We have some Cali".

Needless to sayis felt a little bit like Dorothy, in The Wizard of Oz, where she said, "There's no place like home".

Everything they wrote below for me is true. I will say elijah is also a good listener and paid attention to what i wanted, helped guide, and ultimately help me pick the right flowers for what i wanted. And, btw, the one hit ive had thus far of Rose Petal locally grown is delightful.
