I was passing through there and stopped by to pick up a snack and use the restroom. I made a purchase with my card with cashback while chatting with Wendy the cashier and I totally forgot to get my cash. Didn't realize it until the next day, I called and Wendy actually answered the phone. She went above and beyond to help me and was able to get the money put back on my card! One of the cashier, Amber, needs to learn the difference between insistent and rude. Love getting sworn at by customer facing staff when I've kept my cool after having to pause my day to replace a TSC brand, defective part.

TSC policy is consistently worse than the blue store or the orange store.

2 stars because the manager made it right.

UPDATE: 1-star because the POS rain cap broke in the same way a second time. Shouldn't be possible to manufacture something so poorly, the vibration of the exhaust stack...

Tractor supply just built a new store closer to my location and they really put in the work on this one. Facility itself very clean and well organized. Upon inquiring about products multiple employees knowledgeable answers about the products I was inquiring about. Very friendly, very clean, very positioned to exceed your expectations, lol.
