Egg Roll King — Restaurant in Peters Township

I entered to pick up my food and the teenage boy from the family was sitting at a side table smiling and laughing at me. It was so bad that his Mom said something to him in Mandarin (I think). I felt like I was on display for him to laugh at me. He was not fawning over his phone playing games as usual. He was not cooking and coughing as I have observed on previous occasions. The Mom told me she gave me an extra spring roll, which I thought was kind. Her son kept laughing at me even as I walked outside. He stared at me while I was outside. The atmosphere here is toxic! If junior wants to make fun of you or act inappropriately, it seems to be ok. Will not return until junior is no longer on the premises. I would give this 0 stars if I could. The woman on the phone kept putting down the receiver and screaming at people as I was ordering. She never even asked me if I wanted it delivered or for pick up. I called again to try to tell them I wanted it delivered and I got “we busy!” And then got hung up on. I called them I third time and was able to communicate where I wanted it delivered. 30 minutes later I called them to ask where my order was (it had been an hour by now) The lady said it would be 15 minutes and then hung up. 30 more minutes later I called again and the lady said it would be 15 more minutes again. I finally got my food and some of the stuff was missing and cold and it didn’t taste very good. Bad customer service, bad food, apparently it’s failed health...

The atmosphere is almost hostile. Screaming in kitchen. Lady on phone taking orders overwhelmed, while yelling at Boy, who was behind counter sooooo confused. Kept pulling on his chin skin looking lost. Order took a long time. Kept asking for numbers from us. I asked what numbers were we suppose to be looking for on receipt. 5 different people waiting. All of us looking at each other, what number, where is number. I asked, she never explained, walked away. Folks this is a night mare. Food was ok, far from great. I left with urge to scream at someone after all the rudeness and screaming. I have been there a few times. Done !!! Anyone, who says they have had a good experience. Has lost all appreciation for good service and communication. ...
