I used to go all the time a few years ago. It was great. Sometimes hectic but the deli did a super job at tracking orders. I went in today and it was not busy at all. One person in front of me. One lady came to the glass and just stared at me really quick and as I said hello she dipped away and started doing something else. So I waited for another couple of minutes. This time a younger lady greeted the 2 good ole boys behind me in line with "what can I get you fellas?" Never once acknowledging me. The two guys proceeded to order. None of them even considered asking me have I been helped or nothing. This was straight up disrespectful. Instead of voicing myself, because I have no problem with being heard and demanding respect I simply walked away with not wanting their service anyways. I went to get a breakfast and I watched as the handle others food, with the virus running rampant, none of the employees behind the counter have on mask, none if them wear gloves while handling the food, wow. If you want to get customers this is not the way, they ran me off after seeing that. One lady just gave a man a folk that was uncovered with her bare hands,ewww. Prices at the cash register didn't match the prices shown on the shelves. Luckily I caught their mistake (or scam?) or would have otherwise paid over 25% more. At the time of my visit, they also had some very disheveled-looking folks (wasn't sure if they were employees) sitting out by the entrance, trying to persuade people to buy peanuts and saying that everything was a good deal.
