Horrible customer service in drive through. Young lady was extremely rude. Asked for napkins a sauce since they forgot to put them in bag. She was irritated and stayed on microphone. Handed my husband the dips. As she handed them to him, she didn’t even look. Just dropped them and missed his hands. They dropped on ground. She continued on the microphone didn’t even look when he said you dropped them. He had to pull truck up and get them off the ground. Even then she still didn’t acknowledge him. We have never been treated like that before. She should not be working in customer service. My husband even after that was extremely polite and told her have a good day. We stopped there after a long drive to get home. I do not recommend stopping here, given the past reviews and experience this is not the place to go. Mind you we are our meals even after the order was messed up. We asked for no let and no tomato. Given the lack of any kind of respect we figured it wasn’t worth getting it corrected and...

Sat behind one customer for 15 minutes, get to the window, and they chargee for the order behind me, 9.00 and some change. I politely ask why. The worker got a ridiculous attitude, walked away from the window, and told the manager to deal with me and my attitude. Do she comes to the window after 4 minutes sdks me what my problem was, I told her I did not have a problem, that I simply asked why s 7.00 order was ,9.00+. She asked what I ordered, I told her. I don't know why I continue to punish myself for going to Burger King that aren't Carroll's locations. The food isn't that good. Ordered the BK staple the Whopper and the sandwich wasn't that hot, in fact it was more on the warm side, add in the vegetables and it cooled the sandwich pretty quick. This isn't the first BK I've had this experience in, another was in Florida. Do people not enjoy their Whoppers hot? Anyway, wasted $10 on this place, and oh don't let me fail to mention that they were featuring cheesey Tater tots on their menu board, so of course I attempted to order them.
