Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

My wife and I used to live in Petersburg, before we moved to dinwiddie. We always had to drive to Petersburg for taco bell. We have been coming to this taco bell ever since they opened. I think out of the maybe 20 times we have been here. Our order might have been correct 3 times. They are always either giving something that is wrong, or forgetting to put something from the order in. The last time I went in, they forgot a quesadilla. When u went back in to let them know, they didnt say sorry, they didnt say our mistake. Just went, made it came back handed it to me and without saying a word. It is sad i would rather drive an additional 30 minutes to ensure my order will be correct. Update... Two days in a row this place has forgotten items in an order. I was trying to test a theory that it was just that staff. The kids who work here need to be let go. They need to start over. The kids that work here have no respect and obviously do not care about their customers. I will be talking to corporate caus this one place is...

Around 7P this evening. We waited in line for I’m not sure how long- before we realized they were all just sitting in the dining area after telling us “they would be with us shortly” all to laugh and point and make jokes to all the waiting vehicles outside, while looking at their phones. Instead of letting their costumers know what was going on, nobody was covering drive thru or even attempting to hide the fact they were all just doing what they wanted to do.

I despise giving poor reviews, but sadly, this location has gone down drastically for many months. This isn’t the first time it’s been crazy like this and it just continues to get worse as we try to give them the benefit of the doubt with everything going on in the world and not just assume the worse but man pictures don’t lie. This was super disrespectful. We just ended up leaving along with the other vehicles that were behind us. A shame really cause I know all Dinwiddie residents looked forward to somewhere close by on cool...

I am from out of town and used to substituting my Crunchwrap for beans, well in this certain store they substitute it for black beans; which I hate. If I wanted that I would have ordered black bean Crunchwrap which is an option on the menu. Is this the norm? So after complaining I get a new one remake, but I genuinely did not want to; who knows what they may do to my food after. My husband had already told them my iced coffee was missing, and long and behold that is wrong too; I order plain iced coffee not super sugar packed one. While lady helping me was nice and they remade it, it makes me wonder if they don’t look at the screen; or have same procedure as other Taco Bell. Then all I could hear was gossiping about some previous employee, made me wonder what they would say about us after we left. We used restrooms prior to ordering and my goodness the womens one, I had to use multiple wipes to feel safe using it, it had period blood caked on; made for a nasty...
