It's common courtesy to say tell a customer "hey we will be put to lunch at this time".. especially when we JUST got off the phone about pricing and headed STRAIGHT to them. I had ppl help me deliver my vehicle & those ppl took the time off their schedule to help me. If this company had the decency to tell me we won't be at the shop from this time to this time because of lunch I would work around their schedule. Then they be Rude about it when confronted instead of apologizing for the miscommunication they've provided, I get its a small business and oh yeah I also get like THEY said "we work for ourselves not you" trust me I know "loud and clear" how a service works and how customers CAN be rude but this time THEY must up a simple "sorry" would have been. Greatly appreciate it but as it already seems they can even own up to their own mistakes.. Very poor customer service. I'll GLADLY take my service and pay somewhere else...
