Majority of the Office Staff is very rude,disrespectful,not considerate to their clients needs or concerns,liars,and etc......( Rebecca has always been respectful,does her job though her hands are tied with what she can or cant do but she always speaks with you with respect,integrity, good character,and dignity.The two young Rn.nurses their names begin with S and the young PT lady Nip is respectful,has integrity, good character.The HR lady name begins with Q has messed up a few different times on a few of my aides paychecks and then she said to me i never make mistakes ( i knew than by her saying that you never make mistakes, no one is perfect we all make mistakes in life ) so i asked her, if you dont make mistakes is it being done purposely or is something else going on?There's so much more but thats enough reason i give a 1 star review. I feel bad for the staff that try to do their job the right way.Ps.I have tried for over a year 14 months to be exact to speak with or schedule a meeting with the owner even after we had a meeting with my insurance companies support coordinator and her managers they still haven't corrected all the issues and they always make an excuse that i cant speak with or schedule a meeting with the owner of the company.In my 55 years of life i have never in my professional career of Law and Politics been denied the legal right to speak with or schedule a meeting with the Owner,President, or C.E.O..,This Company is contracted as the middle man to manage my Community Health Choice Homehealth Care needs getting paid very well actually a max contract ( 24-7 care ,7 days a week,total weekly hours =168 hours ) from the State of Pennsylvania that i have paid my hard owned taxes too for over 30 plus years.What Owner do you know thats running a legitimate business wouldn't want to speak with their client that has the largest contract the State of Pennsylvania allows under the CHC waiver program that choose your company because of the recommendation of someone you trust,referred you to the Company based off the great reputation of the owner and the reasons she created her business motto and mission statement based off her own mother,inwhich i was impressed because we only get one mother and i myself took care of my terminally sick mother since i was 11 years old she wasn't supposed to live past 34 to 37 years old per her doctors,so i said with GODs help i will see to it she lives past that,with GODs grace and mercy my Mother lived to see 64 years old she passed away on her birthday. So that was the reason i choose Delia Maria Homehealth Care Agency.She did it because of her Mother.I dont know why this Owner refuses to meet and speak with me,im not going to bite i am a humble giant and i am paralyzed but i do have my mind and i can be heard i can and will speakup and out if something is wrong,and because i am a humble person i give people 3 chances before i go over their head to report them.The owners managers have blocked me from sitting down with the owner as adults to discuss my complaints, issues,...
