Legacy Furniture — Local services in Philadelphia

I have had a bad experience with past furniture stores but not with legacy furniture. Everyone including the delivery guys where all amazing. So here is how it all went... I went into the store pay for my furniture with cash and the representative Jeff said no let me see if you can finance so you can get more furniture. Unfortunately I didn’t get approve but I was fine with that. I purchased the furniture and it was delivered the nexts day but it could not fit in my door but the delivery man took the extra mile to bring it through my window. Later we discovered a rip in the furniture and the store owner made it his business to contact me about the couch. He kept his word and delivered me a new one three days later. I love love love good business and customer service now I see why he has been in business so long. Can’t nobody say nothing wrong to me about Legacy Furniture. I went to there new store on Allegheny ave and it was during this pandemic.... they treated me...

I just stopped in at 432 W Allegheny, their new store. I was lucky to catch someone there who actually let me shop. I was the only one there, you may be able to get an appointment to shop alone as I did. The man was so nice, the furniture gorgeous, and the prices reasonable. I got a great rug for only $99 and a trundle day bed which I love. The delivery guys were awesome they came earlier than expected but called first so it was great. Couple of screws and my new bed is in place for a great nights sleep! I love my purchases! This was absolutely one of the best furniture shopping trips ever for me. I appreciate that every person I dealt with had a mask. They were cheaper than Jerusalem furniture and had a better selection I want some of their distressed furniture next... I hope they have...

THANK YOU! I've been wanting the 3 piece lindyn sectional by Ashley for so long. Ashley wanted $2400 for it and another $300 for 5-6 week delivery. I'm an impatient person and I just didn't want to wait. I searched all over online and while I saw lower prices for it, the delivery time frame was the same.

I decided to call Legacy on Saturday to see what their's was and... it's already here lol. Literally by Monday, less than two days, I had it delivered AND set up for only $99. Not to mention rather than $2400 they had it on sale for $1599!!!!! I am a customer FOR LIFE! THANK...
