Furniture King — Local services in Philadelphia

This furniture company is a scam company! They told me to sign a lease with them through KOALAFI where they’ll take $130 from my account every two weeks but instead they started taking more money from my account. Without me receiving my furniture, they told the leasing company KOALAFI that I received the furniture and forged a contract claiming I signed it. During this so-called furniture delivery, I was on a trip in Africa, Liberia from October 30th 2023 to January 10th 2024 for a wedding. I’ve asked them to provide the documents they claimed I signed, date, and when but they’ve yet to provide any proof. Now, I am fighting with them to cancel the furniture and get my money that was taken from my account. Everytime I go to their store, they claim their manager is not there. They’ve refused to cancel the furniture. The leasing company, KOLAFI is claiming they cannot cancel the lease because the store sent them proof that I signed the delivery documents. They asked me to settle things with the store but everytime I go there, “Oh, the manager is not here!” I’ve been there five times and one time with my brother.
