Chillin — Restaurant in Philadelphia

They don’t even deserve a star. My family and I order from there all the time. ( until today)I convinced a family member of mine order from them. They ordered a BBQ pizza, it was so discussing my 2 year old didn’t want to eat it. When calling the store asking to speak with a manager/ supervisor, or the owner. Some women name Gabrielle told me she was in charge, come to find out by another one of her employees that was not true. However no one was left to run the store. When calling the first time, my family member stated, I don’t want my money back can I just get a cheese pizza? The pizza I was given tasted bad. They stated the policy was they can not do that nor give a refund. I followed up, and as stated above I was feed lies. The woman Gabrielle said that as long was we didn’t eat the pizza, we could get our money back. I agree and waited a couple hours, and no one showed up. I called back, I was then told by another woman that she should not have told me that , and we will not be getting a refund. My whole household orders from them and it’s usually no issues ever. We ran into an issue 1 time and the people who work there are HORRIBLE with customer service. I couldnt even get my point across without them talking over me, hanging up in my ear etc. The owner offered to remake the food after all of that & you expect me to trust people like that to REMAKE my food. I even tried to tell them that we never have issues and he tried to lie and say “is this a number who complains a lot” that’s a lie because my whole family loves their food. The girl at the front desk just over talks you & when she doesn’t want to listen she will place you on hold and give the phone to the “owner” I’m so tired of places not treating people how they would want to be treated. Just because we are in a not so great neighborhood doesn’t mean your company has to lack quality. Really sad and disappointing after all the money we spend over the years at this place. Trashy business. I came there multiple times when I used to live in the neighborhood. The Owner is very unpleasant to speak with and acts like he doesn't need your business if you say the wrong thing to him that might piss him off or he don't like. The pizza driver Too Too I used to talk to used to had his female friends around to start fights with me and the owner Tyrik from Rythym and Brunch asked me to come in his restaurant while Too Too female friend , (Too Too is the pizza man ) girl attack me and I was able to walk away without getting seriously hurt Thank God. This a dangerous place be careful. I don't trust anything about this establishment. I just had just too many run ins with these ppl when all I was doing was giving them my money for food and being a loyal customer.The food is not good and it's expensive.
