Shady advertising tactics I ended up here by accident!!! I was searching for a different furniture store on Google and somehow got directed to this one. I should’ve known when I saw the name was different, but I didn’t think much of it and that turned out to be our biggest mistake!!! They do not operate anything like the store I was originally searching for.

David only cared about making a sale. He kept pushing us to fill out an application (first red flag), and instead of walking away we gave in the worst decision we could’ve made. He filled it out himself, made up most of the information, and the inconsistencies he entered caused us to get denied even though we’ve had multiple loans successfully paid off with those same finance companies. The only reason we found out is because when we went to our actual furniture guy, he showed us the preloaded details from the same-day application. Sure enough, all the info David entered was completely wrong.

Now, thanks to him, every finance company denied us and the little bit of credit we had left is damaged. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel I have no choice especially after I saw a video from the owner of Royal Furniture Philly (the store I wanted to go to) talking about how other stores were stealing his name on Google and He showed how when you search his store, it directs you to another guy’s page. I decided to see for myself because it sounds exactly like what happened with me only instead of it taking me to Furniture Mecca like he mentioned in the video it brought me here & sure enough I ended up right back here at Galaxy furniture and not Royal furniture , which is who I have done business with and will continue to do business with. So I will be letting Ace know about this store also using his name

I recently moved near Galaxy Furniture and was in need of a new couch. One day I randomly stopped by to see what they had and to “sit” test a few couches. The showroom was full of beautiful furniture. Moe instantly greeted me, got to know my likes/dislikes, and helped me pick the perfect couch. They offered great financing options, so I stopped by a few days later, got the couch delivered (which was seamless and quick) and now it’s sitting pretty in my living room 😁 they also had a great selection of dining tables, so I’ll be back in a few weeks to get something else I loved. I had a great experience at Galaxy Furniture. I purchased a 15 inch queen-sized memory foam mattress at a really affordable price. They even delivered it to my home the same day. The mattress is super soft, yet firm and I have been sleeping a lot better. The customer service is great. I recommend everyone who’s looking for an affordable memory foam mattress or furniture to go here. I will return when I’m looking for new furniture.
