Mercado Food Market — Local services in Philadelphia

Mercado Food Market is a corner store that sells a variety of items such as snacks,beverages,household items,tobacco products,and they have a kitchen where they prepare food in the back of the store. Here in Philly we call it a Papi store where as in other cities it might be called a bodega. The people that work in the store are very friendly. I frequently order food from them when I dont feel like cooking dinner. My favorites are their fried chicken wings(I like my wings big and Mercado is one of the few places where I can find them), Quesadillas, Strawberry waffles,home fries and Turkey bacon breakfast platter and they have crinkle cut French fries.
