Holt's Cigar Company — Local services in Philadelphia

No package arrived in the mailbox (USPS), So I called them right away, because if I wait, I'll probably forget to do it. I spoke to Kristine from Holts cigar company, I explained I’m Calling to complain about a missing package, I already contacted the shipping carrier (USPS) directly through their phone number, I provide my tracking number, explain the issue, and request an investigation into the missing package;

at first she blamed the mistake on her shipping and receiving department then she promised me that she would call me back with more information, two days later no one was responding, so I had to take the initiative and call.

Kristin answered again and started debating me and claiming she is not responsible for the USPS deliveries, but at the same time, she was defending them, she adamantly insisted that USPS dropped the package off in my mailbox. I told her I think you've got it wrong. Instead of her resolving the problem, like suggesting a refund or store credit she’s telling me to ask neighbors if they might have received it I couldn't help but feel a little suspicious.

She was accusing me of receiving the order after I explained the situation, I detected her implied criticism by the way I was treated. and on top of that I couldn't understand her on the phone due to the constant lip-smacking and chewing, it started to irritate me. You don’t understand how frustrating that must be, I was a regular customer It's important to treat people with respect regardless of their background

Came across Holts on YouTube. After watching a few videos with the Anthony’s, I knew this was the place to shop. I have only done business on line so far, but hopefully one day I will make the 4 hour drive to go in person.

Holts has always had everything in stock that I was looking for, at good prices. The one thing I really like is almost every single cigar they have can be purchased as a single or 5 pack. Most online stores only do boxs, and having the option of getting singles in something you’re not sure if you will like or not is huge to me.

Holts has been my go to shop for the last few months and hopefully will be the only place I shop for the time being.

The only place I would do business with in regards to cigars!! The Levin family is really big on customer service in there business and also with there inventory!! And also Rob the owner created the Ashton brand ! So for you Ashton lovers no better place to get from than from the place that created it! I’ve spent a lot of $$$ with holts over the years but never once do I regret it there prices are as reasonable as they can be allowed and also the inventory is abundant! From humidification to humidors to ashtrays lighters etc .. anything cigars holts has and most importantly always fresh never ever have I ever gotten anything that was stale or so so...
