We recently had Mom & Pop Freezie Ice at our work retreat, and it was an absolute delight! The owner, Angela, and her daughter provided exceptional customer service. They were friendly, on time, attentive, and communicative throughout the entire event. Both Angela and her daughter were interactive throughout their time at our event, making it a memorable experience. It was so simple to book this small business for our event; the website was easy to navigate as well.

The selection of ice creams, water ice, and popsicles was fantastic, catering to all our preferences. They made our retreat even more special with their interactive and sweet nature, engaging wonderfully with the staff. They even played the classic ice cream music as the staff came out, creating a nostalgic experience. They took pictures for us, with us, and allowed us to take pictures in the truck.

It was a perfect experience, and I couldn’t ask for better service from this company. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a great addition to their event. We will definitely use them again in the future. Five stars...

We recently hired Mom and Pop Freezie Ice for our daughter's first birthday party, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The kids were thrilled with the variety of delicious treats available, and the ice cream truck added an extra element of excitement to the celebration!

The staffs enthusiasm was contagious. Not only were the ice cream options delicious, but the presentation was also top-notch.

We had mom and pop freeze ice come to our school to celebrate teacher appreciation. Our teachers were able to choose from a selection of treats on the truck. They were excellent with communicating during the booking process, showed up promptly were extremely kind and wonderful as well as professional. Prices were fair and I CANNOT WAIT to have them back again, this time for all of the kids in our school!! Highly recommend them and look forward to many events...
