I broke my needle on my sewing machine & The lady behind the desk she was very nice to me & very helpful.She showed me H 2 change my needle on my machine & H 2 put the thread in the needle........I'm am so grateful 4 her, She was very patient with me....I bought 3 different colors of thread, They was pretty cheap compared 2 Fabric Stores.......I will B bck again if anything goes wrong with my Sewing Machine.....

UPDATE my Singer Machine Broken, it did not sew @ all, The wheel would not move @ all, Took it back up there & they fix it, Im so happy for this place. The lady was very nice to me & her husband help put my machine back in my Sewing...

Took my sewing machine to this place about 10 years ago to have the plate on the front replaced. They had it about two weeks and coulded find the replaced part in a huge parts replacement book that they have I the store. I got tired of them telling me they couldn’t find it and took my sewing machine home. Went on line the same day, put in the make and model of my machine and a page came up with the part for my machine. I ordered the part. Received it it in three days.
