Sandwich World — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I think that the food is delicious. I ordered here dor thr firdt time Sun morning. I ordered 4 platters and of my fam members loved their food. The reason why I give this a 4/5 and not a 5/5 bc I ordered double portion of grits. The lady that handled my plate will look at the food before giviing it to u. U can tell that she worked there for a while. I asked her after she opened thr plate if I received double portion fo the grits and she then asked the owner about it. the owner said yes but she lied. I didnt find out that I paid for it but never received it until I looked a the photo online. The grits looked like the same portion size of my plate. It was alot but we never ordered from them so I didnt know that they usually give u alot of grits. But why charge me rhe money even though I got the same normal portion size. When the owner was asked she should have been honest to me and not take my money. Anyway, I will order from them again. But not order nothing extra...

I only went here because the Logan Restaurant was closed at this hour. I won't be going back to this one. I am on a low carb diet and wasn't given the option to switch to a healthier side without extra charge... only grits or homefries or no sides at all with the omelet. The price on the sign showed $8.95 as the price but was charge $12.65 because the sign wasn't updated. Most breakfast spots in the area would include a coffee for that price. Also the omelet was watery and of low quality. When I told the the cook about it being overpriced he just brushed it aside.This experience showed me how much better their competitors in the area are this just might be a good spot just to pick up...

Ordered breakfast to go for my family. Everything was made right but my breakfast. Call in to get it replaced with the correct order, the man was extremely dismissive and rude to me and didn’t want to make the correct order that I already paid for. Wanted to only replace the toast on the side. what??Ended up hanging up on me too and I was not rude or disrespectful at all. Just simply asked for the correct order. SMH. Terrible customer service here. And that’s crazy because I’ve gone here...
