I would say that I have always been grateful to have such a convenient store in the area where I live, where I have had the opportunity to meet different employees always so coming customers with a smile, even during these times that we are leaving with covid. But today I had a different experience when I came to the store after coming back from the gym and I was asked to put my bag aside, this was something that I wouldn't ever except, and more since there was not advertisement on the window I door. The first thought that came to my mind was, I know that there are people stealing in the stores but instead of asking to put the bag on the side( and more without ideal place for it, because the window' edge is not place for these items where people always have the most valuable things) the bags could be checked at the end of the shopping and this could be more understandable. I had checked their circular on the internet and started 2 shop.The prices on the shelves were different than what was on the circular.I asked the guard(from a service )if I could get a circular(there were none in their space).He didn't seem to know what a circular was,he then proceeded 2 tell me I was ignorant.
There were numerous items that were advertised or that I no they carry which were not in stock.While checking 4 these items, I found a near whole used cigarette on the floor and it blended in with the overall uncleanliness and disorder...
   Read moreI shop here a lot but there are seriously quite a few things they could improve. Lines are often extremely slow and sometimes there are panhandlers outside despite the store having a security officer on duty at all times. Staff is always changing. Other stores in the chain seem to be much better with less issues. If there is a problem at the register forget it because a manager will not be there for 5-10 minutes, despite it being a very small store with only one cashier. The cashiers have no help if they need it, which they often do because their registers have issues or the people have...
