Ellas Pizza Grill & Seafood — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I’ve been ordering from Ella’s Pizza for over a year now, and I’ve seen a few changes along the way — including new ownership. I have to say, the new owner is doing an excellent job. The quality of the food and service has not only stayed consistent, it’s actually gotten even better.

The pizza is always on point — crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and fresh, high-quality toppings. I especially love the meat lover's pizza and the buffalo chicken pizza among other delicious choices. All are full of flavor, made with care, and never rushed.

The service has also noticeably improved. Staff are friendly, professional, and they really make you feel welcome whether you're picking up or ordering delivery. You can tell the new owner truly cares about the place and the customers.

Ella’s has always been a solid spot, but under the new ownership, it’s become a true neighborhood gem. I’ll definitely keep coming back — and recommending...

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time Friday night around 8:30 p.m. and I figured I tried something new or a new restaurant anyway I ordered a cheesesteak with extra meat, mozzarella cheese fries, and a milkshake and what I got was terrible meal! I was very upset when I started into the meal and realize that I didn't get any extra meat The Cheesesteak with dry and burnt and I think they gave me somebody else's Cheesesteak they just recooked it and barely any cheese on it, so that shows you they can't cook whoever's cooking their need cooking lessons the cheese fries there was barely any mozzarella cheese on it and then they have the nerve to have an Italian name and no one is Italian in this restaurant they should be ashamed of themselves if it's up to me they get no stars thumbs...

Lost my business! Originally I loved their pizza. Ordered a couple times no problem. Then about the 4th time I ordered I decided to try their spaghetti and meatballs. Worst I have ever tasted. The spaghetti was over cooked very mushy. The sauce was disgusting, tasted like water mixed with oil and a little sauce. Next time I ordered a pizza with half bacon. It came an hour and a half later with pepperoni and it was cold. So the following week I decided to give them one more try. I order a pizza. Again an hour and a half goes by so I call them. They proceeded to tell me they forgot to make my food and did I want them to make it. I asked if I would get a discount the man told me no there’s nothing he would do for me.
