Dollar General — Local services in Philo

The store itself is super tidy and organized I always know where to go to find what I need. But this one employee that works there, she needs an attitude adjustment. I get it I work retail, i absolutely get it cause I cant imagine the entitlement they see from customers but it's another to always be upset and act like it's a bother to be there. I've seen her be rude to other employees, she's an older lady I think her name is Carol?? I wouldn't write this if this wasnt a constant thing whenever I'm there. I think Carol could be nice but as of the last few times I've been there my visits were not pleasant....

I love the staff. They are incredibly nice and very helpful. I went in in search of a couple things, one being a stack of blank CDs (I'm the kind of person who has a CD player in his car and burn my own CDs to listen to). Surprisingly enough, they found some. Every time I try and drop off a FedEx package, the employees don’t know how to scan it, make me wait for 15 to 20 minutes while they find a “manager” ...today I tried taking in a package and the manager was even rude. They are inept, poorly trained and completely unprofessional.

These places are always filthy...This is a nightmare. Somebody needs to actually hire some decent...
