Stay away from this company. I'm not a person to complain, but my situation was getting worse with each minute, and day that passed by.
My driver, Joshua Seese, was first a few minutes late from the original pickup time. Fine, things happen, but let's keep the lines of communication open. So we have an understanding.
When I arrived at my pickup location in Phoenix AR. at (10:55 am) and saw other drivers taking care of the customer. I waited and saw no extra vehicle available. I then called the drivers cell. (11:03) No answer, I then texted for information about ETA. (11:05) I didn't get a reply back. He called back 8 minutes after my call (11:11) to mention he would be there shortly. Again, he arrived after my schedule 11:15 pickup. After all the other drivers left, I was the only customer waiting for my pickup. Phoenix weather was 112°
He arrived in his vehicle, Nav3 Black Lincoln SUV. My first impression was that vehicles could honestly use a car wash. I made that statement because I saw the other vehicle before my vehicle arrived, nice and clean looking. Every other driver had on a nice suit or casual wear. Mr. Seese clothing attire to me was, "What the heck?" Basketball shorts, a black tee-shirt, flip flops with black old socks and dark sun glasses. I thought I was on a candid camera show or something. Nope, this is my driver. If you don't believe me, ask the lady who became my shared drive. Like I wrote before, my trip got worse by the minute.
After seeing Mr, Seese and I was inside the vehicle, he mentioned if I was emailed because he had another pickup that was given to him about half an hour ago. What? At no time was I advised of a shared drive from your company via email or call. I was up since 4 am here it is 2 pm in NY time, and I had a 5 hour flight, I wanted to rest alone on my 2 hour drive to Sedona. There goes that idea.
Mr. Seese was also late for his other pickup as well. The other guest kept calling him for ETA also. Guess what? He picked up her call while driving. That another no no because he should have a Bluetooth device. Also, he took her call but not mine when I reached out to him. On another note, his car would shake at high speeds. That's an indication that the car needs to be serviced, may need new tires, or the car may need a wheel alignment. This is endangering your customers if you're not inspecting your driver vehicle on a regular basis. My mistake was not recording or taking photos with my phone, but that won't ever happen again. This experience has made me more alert to any future situation to be ready to record with my phone.
I have personally reached out to this company via email and phone call. In my email, I have attached a screenshot of my call log and text message to Mr. Seese to show my time calling and no reply back to my text. My question was, does your company feel that my situation was fair to me? I look forward to a reply back with instructions on how this can be addressed.
I received a response back that it has been forwarded to the management team attention. After 2 more emails and no reply back. I decided to call them. In my phone call, I asked the girl who picked up the phone. How long does it take the management team to reply back to an email? She was rude and said she doesn't work for them, so she doesn't know. But she will make them aware of my phone call.
This company has not replied back yet to my 3 emails and phone calls. This is another first-time experience on the worst customer service. To ignore a complaint or concerns. To have no regard for a bad rating or bad review?
Catch me once, shame on you. Catch me twice, shame on me. Never again will I use this company. People, please read other situations and reviews.
The only good experience about my drive to Sedona from Phoenix was that the conversation at time was good and the scenic...
Read morePicture yourself as a child who is abandoned by your parents. No warning, no goodbye, just left in the middle of the desert after a wonderful family vacation to figure it out and fend for yourself. That sums up the experience of the service my group of 8 friends experienced from the Airport Shuttle of Phoenix.
After an amazing rafting trip down the Grand Canyon and hiking back up to the rim, we were tired, dirty, and ready to get back home. We had done all the preparation well in advance, booking the trip a year and a half out, making hotel reservations, rental car reservations, and shuttle accommodations. While getting from the Grand Canyon National Park back to Flagstaff may not seem like it requires the logistics of the Voyage of Magellan, itâs definitely not as simple as just calling a couple Ubers.
During our preparation, we found the Airport Shuttle of Phoenix. According to their site, they are âFlexible - We pick you up on your schedule 24/7â at âAny addressâ. They also claim to be âConvenient - Door to Door means no need to arrange a Taxi or Lyft to get home.â Easy solution, right? We booked the shuttle to give us more than enough time to get back to Phoenix Airport and get all of us on our separate flights home.
However, after getting to the pick-up spot and watching the big hand tick further past our designated pick-up time, concerns rose. We called the Airport Shuttle of Phoenix to check the status of the shuttle, only to discover they had cancelled on us without warning because they did not have a driver available. No email, no text, no notification of any kind. Not even an apology. Surely they would offer another solution or assist with helping us get back to avoid missing our flights⌠Surely, we were wrong. Instead, they told us we were out of luck and hung up on us as we tried to ask for their help.
Like the abandoned child, we began questioning and blaming ourselves. Maybe we should have been more leery that their website looked like it was made by a college freshman in an Intro to Web Deisgn 101 course. Maybe we should have noticed that their last social media posts were all in July 2019. Was this our fault?!
By numerous strokes of luck, increased financial expenditures, and delayed flights (which you should never usually hope for), we all successfully got home, but no thanks to the Airport Shuttle of Phoenix. My advice would be to find any other option than this company, which by the looks of their online presence, may not even be an option...

The previously assigned driver letâs call him âthe other guyâ rather than put a stain on his name out there Turns out he got a flat on his way to get me, but didnât call me, didnât return my 2 texts to him or the company to let either of us know he wasnât going to make it. I called the company and the dispatcher, after calling âthe other guy â and then calling me back said he didnât understand why the guy didnât let someone know that he got a flat and wasnât going to make it .
I wonât put his name out, but zero stars for âthe other guyâfor not doing whatâs right and immediately contacting someone đ Because Thatâs What You Do !
The dispatcher called âď¸ Yvonne âď¸ while she was in route with another customer. After she dropped them off she made a quick line to Sedona to pick me up and see if she could get me to my flight in flagstaff on time.
âď¸ Yvonne âď¸ brought along with her a sense of calm and positivity that I needed at that time.
And she got me there đ It was by the skin of my teeth, but she got me there.đ
5 or 10 minutes less I would have missed the whole deal and this post would be mentioning âthe other guys nameâwith a starkly different tone and colorful metaphors.
Normal bag check was closed so I had to run straight to security and have them scan all my luggage there. I had to leave a cutting tool that would have been ok through normal check in but not security.
If I ever use this company again I will ask for âď¸Yvonneâď¸
âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ For Yvonne
As for the company I believe they should only charge me 1/2 the money for the stress of almost missing my flight , loss of personal property and the inconsiderate unprofessional behavior causing undue stress because of the âother guyâ Things happen, every one understands that, but when they do, your supposed to be a professional and manage them responsibly and take care of business and the customer âthe other...
